  1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy is administered by CONSULTEX GROUP LTD, trading as “ZENBLOCK” (“we”, “us”, “our”).
CONSULTEX GROUP LTD is a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company number 14426106.
Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK.
Contact email for privacy matters: clients@zenblock.info

For the purposes of applicable data protection law (including the UK GDPR and, where relevant, the EU GDPR), we act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What this Policy covers

This Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you:
– visit our website
– contact us (for example, via “Get in touch” / “Book a call”)
– ask about our services

This Policy does not cover client onboarding / KYC / regulatory due diligence. We do not request wallet information, ID documents, or sensitive compliance material through this public site.

3. Data we collect

We collect two types of data:

3.1. Information you provide directly
When you fill in a contact form, request a call, or email us, we may receive:
– Name
– Company / role
– Email address
– Anything you include in the message (e.g. what you need help with: MiCA licensing, AI Act compliance, crypto tax, etc.)
– Preferred timing for a call

We use this so we can reply to you and understand what you’re asking for.

Please do not include sensitive information (passport scans, wallet transaction histories, etc.) in the initial message.

3.2. Technical and usage data
When you browse our site, we may collect:
– IP address and basic device/browser information
– Pages viewed and clicks (basic analytics)
– Timestamp and referral source (how you found us)

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and understand traffic. See Section 8 (Cookies).

4. How we use your data

We use the data described above to:
– Respond to your request, schedule a call, or follow up on a potential engagement
– Prepare for that call (for example, routing you to the right person: MiCA, AI Act, crypto tax)
– Keep basic records so we know what was discussed and can provide continuity
– Operate, secure and improve the website (including preventing abuse/spam and understanding which pages get traffic)
– If you’ve asked us to send you information about our services, send it

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR / EU GDPR:

– Legitimate interest: to respond to inbound requests, defend against spam/abuse, run basic site analytics, and maintain internal records of enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR / EU GDPR).
– Pre-contractual steps / contract: to engage with you about a potential service or proposal at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
– Consent: where we use optional cookies/analytics that legally require consent, or where you explicitly ask to receive marketing-style updates. You can withdraw consent at any time.

6. How long we keep your data

– Contact / enquiry data: we generally keep messages and call requests for a reasonable period so we can follow up and maintain context.
– Technical / analytics data: kept according to our analytics and hosting retention settings [DATO PENDIENTE: e.g. Wix Analytics / Google Analytics], typically in aggregated form.
– If you ask us to delete your personal data, we will review and remove what we are not required to keep for legal or compliance reasons.

7. Who we share data with

  1. We may share limited personal data with:
    – Service providers helping us run the website, scheduling calls, email communications, storage or analytics (for example: website host, booking/scheduling tool, email provider). These providers only process data on our instructions.
    – Professional advisers (legal / accounting) if needed to handle legal questions or regulatory obligations.
    – Regulators or authorities if we are legally required to disclose information.

Some of these providers may be located outside the UK / EU. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps required under applicable law (for example, standard contractual clauses / adequacy decisions).

We do not allow third parties to use your data for their own marketing.

8. Cookies and tracking

We may use:
– Essential cookies: needed for basic site security and function. These are always on.
– Analytics / performance cookies: used to understand traffic and improve the site.

Where non-essential cookies are used, we will request consent via a cookie banner. You can refuse or withdraw that consent at any time.

Details about specific cookies in use, retention and purpose are provided in our Cookies Notice.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you are located (UK, EU/EEA), you may have the following rights over your personal data:

– Right of access: ask if we process your data and receive a copy.
– Right to rectification: have inaccurate data corrected.
– Right to erasure: request deletion of your data in certain cases.
– Right to restrict processing: ask us to pause certain uses of your data.
– Right to object: object to specific processing, especially where we rely on legitimate interests or direct contact/marketing.
– Right to data portability: receive certain data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at clients@zenblock.info. We may need to verify that the request is genuinely from you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
– If you are in the UK: the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office).
– If you are in the EU/EEA: your local data protection authority, or the authority where you live or work.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data (for example: access controls, need-to-know access internally, secure transmission where available).
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.

11. International data transfers

Your personal data may be stored or accessed in the United Kingdom and in other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection standards than your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

12. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites (for example: scheduling tools, social platforms, external articles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites. We recommend you read their privacy policies before submitting personal data.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or the site. When we update it, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Significant changes may also be communicated in a more prominent way on the site.
